飞瀑叠翠，是整个北京温榆河公园的活水之源。因其高差错落，形成了公园标志性景观，既具有观赏性，又让活水充分经过曝气过程，增加含氧量，提升水质。

Feipu Diecui is the source of the running water of the whole Beijing Wenyu River Park. Because of its height, it forms a landmark landscape of the park. It is not only ornamental, but also allows the living water to fully go through the aeration process, therefore increases the oxygen content and improves the water quality.
